Phu Quoc fish sauce

Phu Quoc fish sauce is one of the famous fish sauce not only in Vietnam but also in many countries around the world. Phu Quoc fish sauce which is

made from the main ingredient is Phu Quoc anchovy,traditionally over 200 years.

Any fish can be used to make fish sauce, but Phu Quoc fish sauce producers use only anchovy as raw material. The best fish sauce for fish sauce is Pepper Pepper and Coal. People mix 2 or 3 parts of fish with

one part of salt and then to 1 year, the longer the protein is, the higher content is, but the fish sauce is less aromatic and the color is darker. People also brewed fish sauce for several years, then the color of

fish sauce into black called fish sauce, used to treat illness. If the time is faster, the fish sauce will not fragrant and the color will not good.

Phu Quoc fish sauce

This is a food which tourist is not to be missed when coming to Phu Quoc. The new herring salad is brought out easily to confuse people because the top of food is white coconut mash. Crab soup cakes

Crab soup cakes are easy to surprise people because it has only the crab with Grilled fish, white cake is below. Crab soup cakes are made entirely from seafood but there is no smell fishy, whereas the smell is very attractive. One bowl is enough sea as hearty seafood which is loved by many diners.

The greasy fleshy yellowish-orange scallops are mixed with bacon, chopped bananas, vegetables or peanuts in sweet and sour sauce to create a taste-stimulating salad.

Making this dish is very fast and easy, so when customers call, the owner of the restaurant will process. This dish will not great without chopped vegetables and some slices of onions are soaked in vinegar.

Khmer people have created the delicacies of the local ingredients. Thot Not cake is made from Thot Nhot water, Thot Not  and rice flour.

 

To make cake, people take delicious rice to powder, incubate one night for fermentation. Taking this powder mix with jar rice and jellyfish and wrap in a banana leaf in a rectangle, then steamed. Another way that Kien Giang people do it is to take Thot Not rub into the baskets of powder, mixed with rice, a little coconut cakes and then wrapped in banana leaf or coconut leaves, Thot Not  leaves to steam.

 

After a little times, the fragrance from the pot is ripe cakes. Thot Not cakes - specialty Kien Giang - look not very nice but when opened the package is extremely delicious. you look Yellow color of soft dough,you eat but still crave.
